Shipping policy

CheezKiDukan uses a hybrid delivery model — self-delivery for Karachi orders, and courier-based delivery for everywhere else in Pakistan.

Karachi (Local Delivery)

•        Estimated delivery: same-day or 2 working days, depending on order time and area.

Rest of Pakistan (via courier partner)

•        Orders outside Karachi are shipped through our registered courier partner.

•        Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days depending on destination city.

•        A tracking number/link is shared once the parcel is handed to the courier.

General Terms

•        Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

•        Delivery timelines are estimates; CheezKiDukan is not liable for delays once a parcel is handed to the courier, but we assist in tracking and resolving issues.

•        Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number — redelivery due to incorrect address/unavailability may incur extra charges.

As our products include chocolates and candies, we recommend Karachi customers in extreme heat prefer local delivery where possible; CheezKiDukan is not responsible for melting/damage caused solely by courier transit delays outside our control, though each case is reviewed in good faith.
